Job Description:
The Ice Cream Parlour Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the parlour, ensuring

high levels of customer satisfaction, product quality, and operational efficiency. This role involves managing

staff, inventory, sales targets, and maintaining the overall atmosphere of the parlour. The manager will ensure

the parlour adheres to all health and safety regulations while maintaining a welcoming and fun environment

for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of the ice cream parlour, including opening and closing

procedures.

Customer Service : Ensure excellent customer service is provided by staff, addressing customer concerns, and

resolving complaints efficiently.

Staff Management & Training : Hire, train, and schedule staff; conduct regular performance reviews; manage

staff performance and ensure adherence to company policies.

Inventory Management : Monitor and manage stock levels, place orders timely.

Sales & Profitability : Achieve sales targets, track sales performance, and implement strategies to increase

revenue.

Health & Safety : Ensure the parlour adheres to local health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean,

hygienic environment.

Marketing & Promotional Activities: Work with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional

campaigns, events, and seasonal specials.

Financial Reporting: Manage cash flow, handle daily cash reconciliations, and assist with budgeting and

financial forecasting.

Customer Engagement: Foster a welcoming and fun atmosphere that aligns with the brand identity,

encouraging repeat business.

Parlour Setup and Monitoring:
Oversee the setup of the parlour work, Ensure all equipment, such as freezers, display units are set up as per

requirement.

Preferred Skills:
Experience of working in similar industry for 5-7 years.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
