**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Calendar & Travel Management**: Efficiently manage the CMD's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, while ensuring all logistics align with preferences.
- **Communication & Documentation**: Handle incoming communications, prioritize correspondence, and prepare/edit documents, presentations, and reports for CMD's review.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, manage follow-ups, and ensure smooth meeting logistics (room bookings, technology setup, catering).
- **Project Management Support**: Assist in coordinating tasks, timelines, and stakeholder communications for key projects. Provide regular progress updates and maintain project documentation.
- **Confidentiality & Discretion**: Safeguard sensitive information and represent the CMD in internal and external interactions with professionalism and discretion.
- **Stakeholder Relations**: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- **Time & Task Prioritization**: Assess and prioritize tasks to optimize the CMD's focus on high-impact activities and manage urgent situations effectively.
- **Decision Support**: Gather and analyze data to assist the CMD in strategic decision-making and provide actionable insights.
- **Office & Team Coordination**: Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth communication and workflow within the CMD's team.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive matters.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to supporting senior leadership.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
