**Job Summary**: We are seeking a talented Social Media Marketing Executive to administer our social media accounts and implement strategies to help achieve our marketing goals. You will be responsible for creating original text and visual content, managing posts, and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with marketing goals.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news).
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitors.
- Respond to comments, messages, and interactions across platforms.
- Create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns.
- Analyse key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create social media campaigns.
- Stay updated on social media best practices and technologies.
- Report on social media metrics and insights.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Experience with doing audience research.
- Good understanding of social media KPIs.
- BS degree in Marketing or relevant field.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Video editing skills.
- Content writing skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
