**Job Role: Digital Marketing Executive (Fresher / Full-Time)**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation & Management**: Collaborate with our R&D and product teams to create engaging, informative content that highlights our innovative products and patents, making complex information accessible to a broad audience.
- **Social Media Management**: Actively manage our social media profiles, engaging with our community, sharing insights into our R&D processes, and showcasing the impact of our products on patients' lives.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytical tools to optimize strategies and achieve marketing objectives.
- **Field Marketing Team Report Compilation: Collect, compile, and analyze reports from the field marketing team to assess the effectiveness of various marketing initiatives and campaigns. This role requires an analytical mindset to interpret data and suggest actionable insights to improve field marketing strategies and tactics.**:

- **Management of Demo Kit Returns: Oversee the process of demo kit distribution and ensure timely return from the dental surgeons and dealers. This involves coordinating with the logistics team, tracking the demo kits, and maintaining an up-to-date inventory. The responsibility also includes analyzing feedback received from the demo usage to enhance product presentation and appeal.**
