**Key responsibilities of a crusher field supervisor**:
**Operations Management**:

- Supervise crusher operators, assigning tasks and ensuring proper operation of crushing equipment.
- Monitor production rates and adjust operating parameters to optimize output and product quality.
- Plan daily crushing schedules based on material availability and customer requirements.
- Manage material flow through the crushing process, including loading and hauling operations.

**Quality Control**:

- Regularly conduct quality checks on crushed materials to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Monitor aggregate size distribution and adjust crusher settings as needed.
- Implement corrective actions to address quality issues.

**Safety and Maintenance**:

- Enforce strict safety procedures and conduct regular safety meetings with operators.
- Monitor equipment condition and identify potential maintenance issues.
- Coordinate with maintenance personnel to schedule repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by all personnel.

**Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed production logs, including operational data, quality reports, and incident reports.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Communicate operational status and any issues to project managers and other stakeholders.

**Required skills and qualifications**:
**Technical knowledge**: Strong understanding of crushing processes, equipment operation, and aggregate quality standards.

**Leadership skills**: Ability to effectively manage a team of crusher operators and motivate them to achieve production targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
