**Be a key player to capture market share for Simond by growing at avg 50% for next 3 years**:
**Mission**:

- To achieve operational excellence on supply ; you will be responsible for your supply parameters such as Turnover, Margin, Availability (order management through purchases ), SLT (store & Warehouse), Forecast and Piloting accuracy and Old stock.

> In the service of Indian retail, you will build and implement a supply model guaranteeing the economic ambitions of the signed sport. Forecasting First.

> In close relationship with many professions in sport, logistics, country supply, product design and industrial universes, you build and lead the best strategy to find the perfect balance between turnover, our profitability and our environmental objectives.

> You are at the heart of the construction of the offer, at the genesis of the projects by shedding light on the economic and commercial trajectory of the coming years.

> You will collaborate with the retail team in 3 types of Simond stores in order to define supply ,Commerce and Communication (with the team) plans in order to reach more and more Climbers and Mountaineers.

**Profile**:

>You are a Beginner/Intermediate Climber/Mountaineer.
- >You Practice regularly: If climber
- Wall climbing. If Mountaineer - You have done some peaks and plan to do some

>You are a self motivated,ambitious and energetic person keen to new learnings and taking more responsibilities.

>You have the know-how of the Climbing and Mountaineering sports market in India and You are aware of the competitors of Simond in India and their USP and products.

>You have high adaptability to perform in this new Business model of Simond.

>You are able to link your sports information and passion to the sports business.

>You are a team player who is able to coordinate with retail and functionally manage the Simond Business.
