**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement and maintain food safety systems in compliance with **ISO 22000** and **HACCP** standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure hygiene and sanitation standards are upheld.
- Develop, review, and update food safety documentation, including policies, procedures, and records.
- Provide training and guidance to kitchen and service staff on food safety practices.
- Monitor critical control points (CCPs) and enforce corrective actions as needed.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure all legal food safety compliance requirements are met.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on food safety performance and incidents.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Education**: Degree or diploma in Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field (preferred).
- **Certifications**:

- ISO 22000 (mandatory)
- HACCP Certification (mandatory)
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in catering or large-scale kitchen operations.
- **Skills**:

- Proficient in food safety documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Strong communication skills in **English** (speaking and writing).
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to food safety management.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- **Salary**: SAR 3,500 - 4,000 (based on experience)
