**Primary Responsibilities**:

- **Food Preparation**:

- Assist in the preparation of traditional South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, sambar, rasam, chutneys, etc.
- Cut vegetables, grind spices, and prepare batter/pastes as instructed.
- Maintain consistency and quality in the preparation of food.
- **Cooking Assistance**:

- Work under the guidance of Commi-I or Chef de Partie.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely (grinders, steamers, tawa, etc.).
- Help with the cooking process, especially during busy hours.
- **Mise-en-place**:

- Ensure ingredients and tools are ready before service begins.
- Follow recipes and kitchen SOPs for pre-preparation tasks.
- **Hygiene & Cleanliness**:

- Keep workstations clean and sanitized at all times.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations as per HACCP standards.
- **Inventory & Stock**:

- Assist in checking the quality of ingredients received.
- Inform seniors about shortages or spoilage.
- **Team Support**:

- Cooperate with other kitchen staff and help in other sections if needed.
- Communicate effectively and follow instructions carefully.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
