**Role Description**:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Search Engine Optimization Executive at Webconstructive in NSP Vasai Virar. The SEO Executive will be responsible for keyword research, on-page SEO, link building, social media marketing, and conducting SEO audits to improve website rankings and visibility on search engines.

**Day to Day Responsibility**:

- Perform ongoing keyword research and optimization to drive traffic and improve rankings.
- Regularly monitor and report on website performance, including traffic, rankings, and SEO KPIs.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure content aligns with SEO best practices and is optimized for search engines.
- Conduct regular technical audits of the website to identify and resolve SEO-related issues with the development team.
- Stay up-to-date with SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments, integrating them into strategies.
- Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to boost domain authority and visibility.
- Propose and implement strategies to improve WebConstructive market presence, generate leads, and enhance brand visibility through organic channels.
- Manage and optimize SEO efforts for specific assigned markets, tailoring strategies to meet local preferences.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and align SEO strategies with broader marketing initiatives.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of prior experience in SEO or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, tools, and best practices to drive organic growth.
- Basic knowledge of the fintech industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficient in search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and methods to improve website performance.
- Strong analytical skills to track SEO effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with SEO tools and CMS platforms.
- Creative mindset and proactive attitude with a passion for continuous learning and growth.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
