Job Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance website visibility, organic traffic, and ROI.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research regularly to identify opportunities for content optimization and expansion.
- Analyze and monitor key SEO performance indicators such as redirects, click rates, bounce rates, and conversions.
- Prepare and deliver detailed reports on SEO performance, trends, and insights to clients on a regular basis.
- Identify target buyer personas and tailor SEO efforts to effectively reach and engage with the identified audiences.
- Proactively identify SEO issues, deficiencies, and opportunities for improvement, implementing timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate closely with web developers and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of SEO strategies and initiatives.
- Stay abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices, and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain competitive advantage.
- Drive continuous improvement in process efficiency and productivity related to SEO activities.
- Maintain a sense of ownership and accountability for the impact of SEO efforts on the company's success, striving for excellence in performance and results.

Qualifications:

- 5-8 years of proven experience in SEO roles, with a track record of successfully planning and implementing effective SEO strategies.
- Demonstrated expertise in web analytics tools and marketing analytics, with a strong ability to derive actionable insights from data analysis.
- Proficiency in A/B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance website performance and user experience.
- Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to understand and address technical SEO requirements.
- Strong analytical skills, critical thinking abilities, and problem-solving capabilities to address complex SEO challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate SEO insights to clients.
- Proactive attitude, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and continuously learning and evolving in the field of SEO.
- Exceptional time-management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,848.34 - ₹33,876.11 per month
