Role: UI/UX Designer
Experience: 1 to 2 Years
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's in Engineering or Design

**Skills**:

- A solid understanding of UI and UX design principles and processes.
- Able to thoroughly document the design process & design elements.
- Must have a Product mindset, and is Business-driven. Preferably a technology enthusiast.
- Must think creatively to produce new ideas that contribute to the objectives of different projects.
- Team up with developers to ensure the design gets translated well as a final product.
- Ability to communicate and present ideas and details from a UX perspective to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage communication at all levels and be responsible for project deliverables with quality and on time.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, FigJam, AdobeXD, etc.
- Must showcase knowledge of the latest design trends, best practices and technologies.
- Research competitors, trends, patterns and best practices, visual design inspiration, and industry insights.
- Experience in designing for various devices and systems. (Native mobile, Hybrid Mobile, and Web Experiences)
Nice to Have:

- Experience in animation, and coding.
- Good at copywriting/content writing.
- Experience in creating illustrations.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
