Title: Salesforce Administrator

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Salesforce users, profiles, roles, and security settings
- Create and customize fields, objects, and layouts to meet business requirements
- Develop and maintain workflows, process builder, and automation tools
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support business analysis and decision-making
- Monitor and maintain data quality and integrity within Salesforce
- Provide end-user support and training on Salesforce usage and best practices
- Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement Salesforce integrations with other systems
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices
- Create and maintain documentation on Salesforce processes, procedures, and best practices

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is required
- Strong technical skills and understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model
- Experience in customizing Salesforce fields, objects, workflows, process builder, and automation tools
- Proficient in creating reports and dashboards to support business analysis and decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning preferred
