Our client is a prominent leader in the US IT staffing industry, known for delivering exceptional talent solutions across various sectors. We are currently expanding our team in Hyderabad and seeking experienced Recruitment Coordinators who are passionate about talent acquisition and excel in dynamic work environments.

**Position**: Recruitment Coordinator - US IT Staffing
**Location**: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
**Time Zone**: CST (Central Standard Time)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule interviews and coordinate all related logistics efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our recruitment database.
- Assist in creating and revising job descriptions based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with recruiters to understand hiring needs and priorities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Recruitment Coordinator or similar role, preferably in the US IT staffing industry.
- Exceptional organizational and coordination skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with recruitment software (e.g., ATS).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹44,204.28 - ₹55,824.53 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
- Recruitment Coordinator: 2 years (preferred)
- Interview Scheduling: 2 years (preferred)
- Followups: 2 years (preferred)
- US recruitment industry exp: 1 year (preferred)
- Trello, QlikView, Asana, or any other management tools: 1 year (preferred)

**Location**:

- Hyderabad, Telangana (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Night Shift (preferred)

Work Location: In person
