**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project objectives and requirements.
- Edit and assemble raw footage into compelling video content, ensuring smooth transitions, proper pacing, and high-quality output.
- Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video content.
- Use industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop to execute video editing and motion graphics projects.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions from team members and clients to refine video content and motion graphics.
- Stay up-to-date with video editing techniques, motion graphics trends, and software updates to continually improve skills and innovate.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure video content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia Design, or related field preferred.
- 3 to 4 years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Strong portfolio showcasing video editing and motion graphics projects.
- Excellent understanding of video production workflows, including color grading, audio mixing, and compositing.
- Creative vision and ability to conceptualize and execute ideas effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
