**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a versatile and talented Motion Graphics Designer + Video Editor to join our creative team. This hybrid role combines the skills of a motion graphics artist and a video editor to create visually compelling and engaging video content for various digital platforms. As a Motion Graphics Designer + Video Editor, you will play a key role in producing high-quality videos with captivating animations, graphics, and visual effects.

**Duties &** **Responsibilities**

Motion Graphics Designer:
1. Conceptualize, design, and create visually stunning motion graphics and animations to enhance video content.

2. Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute innovative motion design solutions for different projects.

3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously explore new animation techniques and software advancements.

4. Ensure that all motion graphics align with project requirements, brand guidelines, and the overall creative vision.

5. Edit raw video footage into polished and compelling videos that effectively convey the intended message.

6. Assemble video content in a cohesive manner, ensuring a seamless flow and engaging viewer experience.

7. Incorporate motion graphics and visual effects into videos to elevate the storytelling and visual appeal.

8. Trim and arrange clips to achieve the desired pace and timing, and make adjustments.

9. Collaborate with the content creators and marketing team to understand project objectives and deliver videos that meet the communication goals.

10. Ensure videos are optimized for various platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations.

Video Editor:
1. Work on a variety of projects, ranging from promotional videos and advertisements to educational content and product demos.

2. Manage and organize video and animation assets to ensure efficient workflows and easy access for future use.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide creative input throughout the production process.

4. Balance multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining the highest quality of work.

5. Continuously improve technical and creative skills in both motion graphics and video editing to enhance overall proficiency.

6. Contribute to the development of storyboards, animatics, and video scripts as needed.

7. Engage in post-production audio editing, including adding sound effects and background music, to enhance the video's impact.

**Qualifications**:Any Graduate with relevant academic qualification

**Experience **- 1 to 3 Years of relevant experience

**Skills & Requirements**:
1. Prior experience as a Motion Graphics Designer as well as a strong portfolio of sample projects

2. Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools

3. Keen eye for design and aesthetics

4. Organized and can prioritize effectively

5. Excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas

6. Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
