Job Title: Video Editor
**About Us**

We are a fast-growing 360° digital marketing agency that works with a variety of exciting brands across fashion, lifestyle, wellness, and tech. Our mission is to build engaging, data-driven, and creative strategies that get results. We're currently looking for a skilled **Video Editor** who can bring stories to life through impactful visuals and editing.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Edit videos for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create engaging, thumb-stopping content tailored to each platform’s algorithm and audience.
- Collaborate with the creative team, content strategists, and motion graphic designers to produce video content aligned with the brand’s tone and goals.
- Trim footage and put together rough and final cuts.
- Adapt long-form content into short-form edits suitable for performance marketing.
- Stay updated with the latest video trends, editing styles, and social media formats.
- Ensure brand consistency across all video content.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a video editor (portfolio required)
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
- Understanding of social media platforms and content styles that perform well
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of sound design, color grading, and motion graphics is a plus
- Strong storytelling and visual communication skills
- A creative mind with attention to detail

**Good to Have**
- Knowledge of UGC (User Generated Content) style editing
- Experience with product-based videos, lifestyle shoots, and ad creatives
- Basic photography or camera handling skills
- Animation or graphic design experience
