**Job Summary**

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic **Marketing Executive** to lead and support our on-ground marketing efforts. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns, managing events and brand activations, and building partnerships that drive growth and visibility.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement offline marketing campaigns aligned with company goals.
- Coordinate with vendors, print media, and partners for branding, promotional materials, and marketing events.
- Plan and manage participation in exhibitions, roadshows, seminars, and community events.
- Build relationships with local media outlets, educational institutions, and organizations for outreach.
- Monitor marketing inventory such as brochures, banners, standees, and merchandise.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback surveys.
- Support sales and business development teams with marketing collaterals and promotional tools.
- Track campaign outcomes and prepare basic reports for internal review.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
- 1-3 years of experience in traditional/offline marketing roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with fieldwork, event coordination, and vendor management.

**Preferred Skills**
- Familiarity with print production, outdoor advertising, and event logistics.
- Experience working with marketing agencies or vendors.
- Basic design sensibility to guide layout and branding materials.
