**1. Responsibilities and Duties**

The primary responsibility of the role will focus on serving as OhoEvents customer’s and Vendor’s secondary level point of contractive web, phone, e-Support and/or other media for support related requests to OhoEvents local and central products, services and solutions, with the key focus on achieving high standards in resolution.
Area of responsibility covers functional and technical 2nd Level support services with the aim to recover any service-disruption.

Provide a brief description of the general nature of the position; an overview of why the job exists; and what the job is to accomplish.
- Working with the team on planning, analyzing, designing of vendor and customer source and layout a plan based on the location.
- As a front line manager execute the operations on the field with the team members. As a manager identify the potential vendors/customers and then directly contact with them and get the business.
- Maintained relationships with vendors/customers on field. Support vendors on new registration, product entry, order entry, order fulfillment and processing.
- Develop enquiry database directory location, product group, and products type based vendors.
- Review the registered vendors data based on the check list, if the required data is missing talk to vendor and get it updated.
- Review the registered vendor products based on the check list, it is qualified approve those products.
- Regularly reviewed competitive websites in terms of products/services range, marketing initiatives including functionality and customer offerings.
- Will to work sift basis in 8 work hour’s schedule 24X7 to support global buyers and sellers.

**2. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Proven experience of providing high level customer/vendor service.
- Proficient user of the Internet and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to analyze vendor and customer needs and recommend solutions with mínimal supervision
- Able to priorities workload efficiently ensuring that vendor/customer queries are resolved to closure and the customer’s satisfaction.
- Willing to go an extra mile to view vendor/customer excellence as a personal objective.
- Able to deal with difficult clients/situations in patient & friendly manner.
- Willing to learn new techniques and share the knowledge to team.
- Work as a team player. Be transparent and work through guideline.
