**JOB PROFILE FOR FINANCE AND ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE**:
1) PREPARATION OF DOCUMENTS AND FOLLOW UP WITH BANKS FOR OPENING OF LETTER OF CREDIT (LC) FOR IMPORT OF GOODS

2) PREPARATION OF DOCUMENTS AND FOLLOW UP WITH BANKS FOR PAYMENTS RELATING TO IMPORTS / PAYMENT OF LETTER OF CREDIT (LC)

3) FOLLOW UP WITH CUSTOMERS FOR OUTSTANDING PAYMENTS

4) ATTENDING TO ENQUIRIES OF CUSTOMERS

5) PREPARATION OF STOCK STATEMENTS AND CO-ORDINATION WITH STOCK YARD

6) FOLLOW UP WITH TRANSPORTERS & ARRANGING FOR VEHICLES FOR DESPATCH OF GOODS

7) FOLLOW UP WITH CLEARING & FORWARDING AGENTS IN CONNECTION WITH IMPORT TRANSACTIONS

8) CO-ORDINATION WITH BANKS

9) VISIT TO BANKS AS AND WHEN NEEDED

**OTHER TASKS**:
1) CO-ORDINATION WITH AUDITORS FOR TAX AUDITS / GST AUDITS / STOCK AUDITS / ADVANCE TAX / FINALISATION OF ACCOUNTS, ETC.

2) PREPARATION OF CHEQUES / RTGS / NEFT FOR PAYMENTS TO BE DONE

3) FAMILIAR WITH TALLY PRIME ACCOUNTING PACKAGE

4) FAMILIAR WITH WORD, EXCEL, ETC.

5) PREPARATION OF SALES INVOICES AND EWAY BILLS FOR SALES TRANSACTIONS DONE

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
