**Job Title**: Back Office Executive (Purchase Department)

**Experience**: 1 to 2 years
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month
**Location**: Mumbai Naka, Nashik
**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)
**Working Hours**: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

**Job Summary**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Purchase Order Management**: Prepare and process purchase orders based on company requirements.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Communicate with suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- **Inventory Management**: Track stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for material availability.
- **Documentation & Record-Keeping**: Maintain purchase records, invoices, and vendor agreements.
- **Quotation Handling**: Request and analyze quotations from multiple vendors for cost-effective procurement.
- **Payment Processing**: Coordinate with the accounts team to process supplier payments on time.
- **Order Tracking & Follow-ups**: Ensure timely delivery of purchased goods and resolve any order-related issues.
- **Supplier Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- **Compliance & Reporting**: Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and generate periodic reports on procurement activities.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated with market trends, new suppliers, and better pricing strategies.

**Requirements**:
**Educational Qualification**: Any Graduate (B.Com / BBA / M.Com / MBA preferred).
**Experience**: 1 to 2 years of experience in the purchase/procurement department.
**Software Skills**: Knowledge of Tally, SAP, or any purchase-related ERP software (preferred).
**MS Office Proficiency**: Must be skilled in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
**Negotiation Skills**: Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers for better pricing and terms.
**Attention to Detail**: Accuracy in purchase records, invoices, and vendor contracts.
**Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi (or regional language).
**Multitasking Ability**: Capable of handling multiple procurement tasks efficiently.
