**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing, statutory compliance, and administrative functions.
- Prepare and process monthly payroll for employees, including leave tracking, attendance, and salary calculations.
- Manage and file statutory contributions such as Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESIC), and Professional Tax (PT).
- Maintain employee records including new joinings, exits, salary revisions, and statutory documents.
- Coordinate with HR and accounts department for accurate salary inputs and deductions.
- Handle administrative tasks such as preparing offer/appointment letters, maintaining HR files, vendor coordination, and record keeping.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and support internal/external audits.
- Prepare MIS reports related to payroll, statutory dues, and admin expenses.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/Zoho/Busy or similar tools).
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and financial data.
