Facade Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facade Designer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in leading facade design projects using Revit and BIM methodologies. As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating facade design projects, leveraging your expertise in Revit and BIM to deliver high-quality and efficient facade solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

**Responsibilities**:
Lead and manage facade design projects, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, project team members, and external consultants.

Utilize Revit and BIM methodologies to develop 3D models, detailed drawings, and documentation for facade designs.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to understand project requirements, design objectives, and technical constraints.

Coordinate and integrate facade design with the overall building design, ensuring compatibility and adherence to architectural and engineering standards.

Conduct comprehensive reviews and analyses of project specifications, codes, regulations, and standards to ensure compliance throughout the design process.

Develop and implement BIM execution plans, standards, and protocols for facade design projects.

Manage the creation and maintenance of the project's Revit models, including the organization and coordination of information across disciplines.

Conduct clash detection and coordination exercises to identify and resolve clashes or conflicts between different building systems and components.

Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and fabricators to evaluate and select facade materials and systems based on design intent, performance requirements, and cost considerations.

Monitor project progress, budget, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.

Provide technical guidance and support to the project team during construction, installation, and commissioning phases.

Mentor and train junior designers on Revit and BIM practices and methodologies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in facade design, specifically working with Revit and BIM methodologies.

Strong proficiency in Revit software, with expertise in facade modeling, detailing, and documentation.

Solid understanding of architectural design principles, building science, and construction methods related to facades.

Experience in leading facade design projects and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards for facade design and construction.

Familiarity with BIM processes, standards (e.g., COBie), and interoperability with other software platforms.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to propose practical and efficient design solutions.

Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders at all levels.

Attention to detail and ability to review and evaluate technical drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.

Knowledge of sustainable design principles and energy-efficient facade solutions is desirable.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
