**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Academic Coordinator to join our team in supporting the educational journey of our students. The Academic Coordinator will play a pivotal role in facilitating academic programs, enhancing student engagement, and ensuring effective communication between students and faculty. This position requires a passion for education and a commitment to fostering an enriching learning environment within a university or higher education setting.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement academic programs that align with institutional goals and student needs.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to coordinate course schedules, and academic policies.
- Provide guidance and support to students regarding academic requirements, course selection, and educational resources.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and events to promote student engagement and academic success.
- Monitor student progress and provide interventions as necessary to support their educational journey.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and program effectiveness for reporting purposes.
- Serve as a liaison between students, faculty, and administration to facilitate effective communication.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education Administration or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 1-2 year experience working with students in an educational setting is essential.
- Strong understanding of higher education teaching practices and curriculum development.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse populations.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Proficient in using technology for academic management systems and communication platforms.
