Introduction:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Brand & Events AVP to join our team. Working as part of a highly skilled, respected and creative, globally aligned team of Comms, Brand & Marketing professionals, you will be responsible for various aspects of Brand and Events, including brand management, sponsorships, events & activations, as well as for team operations and governance. Reporting to VP, Brand Marketing & Events, you will also provide administrative support to the wider team in delivering the integrated Comms, Brand & Marketing agenda, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the function.

What will you be doing?
- Brand marketing & Events
- You will support the Brand Marketing & Events VP on various aspects of the brand, including brand management, activation and sponsorships.
- You will oversee and support the delivery of high quality events and experiences, working collaboratively with various internal teams and service providers.
- You will project-manage the production of all creative, strategically relevant campaigns and assets, working closely with agency partners, internal stakeholders and the wider Comms, Brand & Marketing team.
- Operations
- You will prepare effective agency briefs in line with the requirements of various creative projects.
- You will prepare high quality internal decks and other documents in line with various reporting requirements.
- You will coordinate with various internal functions and agency partners in the successful delivery of comms. and brand activations.
- Governance, vendor management and MI

You will be responsible for:

- Team MI and reporting
- Preparing, tracking and reporting meeting agendas
- Supplier management and procurement liaison
- Audits - ISO2700, Brand Audits and Social Media audits - completion of the audit processes
- Budgeting and PO/ PR processes
- Tracking budgets vs. spend
- Regular connects with Finance, Procurement, CRES and other teams
- Purchase orders and Invoicing on Coupa
- MTP submissions
- Collaboration and partnership within and outside the team
- Working collaboratively with other colleagues to help create a highly effective team, you’ll demonstrate ‘one team’ behaviours and foster a positive working environment.
- Proactively engaging in cross-team campaigns, projects, initiatives or events across the team, developing and delivering effective communications and bringing a holistic service to stakeholders.
- Playing an active role in sharing best practice across Employee Communications, and actively take part in workshops and team-wide activities, you’ll help build a culture of continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for:

- At least one previous experience working in a Comms., Brand or Marketing role
- Experience of dealing with agency partners or external service providers
- Excellent planning, prioritisation and organisation skills
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to present complex information in a creative, simple, easy to understand manner
- Strong track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
