**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, websites, banners, brochures, advertisements, and presentations using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions
- Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts based on brand guidelines and project goals
- Edit and retouch images to enhance visual quality using Adobe Photoshop and related software
- Prepare final artwork for print and digital publishing, ensuring high-quality output
- Utilize design and collaboration tools like Canva, Figma, or Sketch for digital/UI projects
- Use basic video editing and motion graphics software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects (optional) to create engaging multimedia content
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices
- Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines
- Maintain consistent branding across all design materials

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred)
- 1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Canva, Figma, or Sketch
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
- Ability to accept feedback and make revisions accordingly
