**Job Overview**:

- Design and create visual content for digital and print platforms, including websites, social media, brochures, advertisements, and presentations.
- Develop branding and identity guidelines for new and existing brands, ensuring consistency across all mediums.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to understand project goals and deliver effective design solutions.
- Work with photographers, copywriters, and other creatives to create cohesive campaigns.
- Ensure all designs align with the company’s goals, tone, and brand voice.
- Manage multiple design projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Keep up to date with design trends, software, and technologies.
- Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders and maintain open communication throughout the design process.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficient in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including branding, print, digital, and web design.
- A good understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
- Knowledge of web design, UX/UI principles, and responsive design is a plus.
- Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics is a plus

**Experience**:
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.

**Education**

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
