**Roles**:

- Handle inbound customer calls related to queries, issues, complaints, or information requests.
- Adhere to the established process for issue resolution, escalation if needed.
- Provide accurate information about company offerings.
- Ensure First Call Resolution (FCR) and maintain service quality.
- Maintain correct and complete records of all customer interactions (CRM updates).
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call handling time, quality score, attendance, customer satisfaction.
- Work in rotational shifts (as BPO demands / depending on business requirement).

Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum education: Graduation complete
- 6 months exp. in a BPO, especially in voice inbound/outbound process, is preferred but freshers may be considered.
- Good command over English (spoken & written). Clarity, grammar, ability to express.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
