**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote healthcare products/services.
- Answer incoming calls from customers and resolve queries regarding products, orders, or services.
- Maintain a database of customer information and update records regularly.
- Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer objections professionally and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain call logs and prepare reports on calls and outcomes.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer engagement.

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in any field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a tele caller or in a similar role (preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [ e.g., English, Hindi Local language, etc.].
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive under pressure.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with MS Office.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
