We're looking for a passionate and proactive full time **Sales Representative** to join our growing team. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Build strong relationships with **existing and new customers**, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
- Accurately **take customer orders**, including custom or specific requirements, and relay clear instructions to the internal team for seamless execution.
- **Follow up on order progress** and ensure timely, professional communication with customers once orders are ready.
- Present and **showcase different materials, colors, sizes**, and available options to help customers make informed decisions.
- **Offer thoughtful, relevant product suggestions** based on customer requirements.
- **Issue invoices, collect payments**, and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- **Promote and market** new products and services to the customer base through regular communication.
- Maintain an organized workflow between customers and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Proven experience in **sales, account management, or customer service**, preferably in a product-based or B2B environment.
- **Strong communication and interpersonal skills** - must be a good listener and persuasive speaker.
- **Highly organized** and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple orders and follow up consistently.
- Ability to understand **technical product details** (sizes, materials, customization options) and explain them clearly to customers.
- Skilled in using **sales and billing software**, and comfortable generating invoices and tracking payments.
- A strong sense of **responsibility, ownership**, and **customer-first mindset**.
- **Self-motivated**, enthusiastic, and always looking for ways to add value to the customer experience.
- Ability to work **collaboratively with internal teams** to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.
