**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and develop chocolate-based bakery items including cakes, pastries, truffles, mousses, and specialty desserts.
- Expertly temper, mold, and sculpt chocolate for decorative and flavor purposes.
- Innovate new chocolate-based products to keep the menu fresh, seasonal, and appealing.
- Maintain consistency and quality of all chocolate and baked goods.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization in the bakery and chocolate prep areas.
- Manage ingredient inventory, especially chocolate and related supplies.
- Work with the culinary team to design seasonal menus and custom orders.
- Train junior staff or apprentices in chocolate handling and baking techniques.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Chocolatier, or Bakery Chef.
- Formal culinary or pastry training from a recognized institution preferred.
- Deep knowledge of chocolate techniques (tempering, molding, enrobing, etc.).
- Skilled in baking a variety of cakes, tarts, cookies, and breads.
- Creative flair with attention to detail in presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with custom chocolate showpieces or chocolate sculptures.
- Familiarity with vegan or gluten-free chocolate baking.
- Understanding of food cost control and portioning.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
