We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Executive Assistant** to provide administrative and operational support to senior leadership. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Support in organizing meetings, taking minutes, and following up on key action items.
- Assist in preparing presentations, documents, and data summaries.
- Maintain records, databases, and filing systems (digital and physical).
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth communication flow.
- Handle basic expense tracking, reimbursements, and administrative tasks.
- Support in planning company events, workshops, and offsites.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Coordinator.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar).
- Professional attitude, proactive mindset, and eagerness to learn.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working with senior executives or startup founders.
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Asana, or Trello.
- Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
