**Reports To**: Sales Manager / Customer Service Head

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce Visko Group’s products and services.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales or appointments.
- Answer incoming calls, address customer queries, and provide relevant information.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain a positive attitude and build rapport with clients to encourage long-term relationships.
- Handle customer objections and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
- Share promotional scripts, product offers, and pricing details with potential customers.

**Key Requirements**
- 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or telesales.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in **Hindi** and **basic English**.
- Good listening skills and a confident, pleasant phone manner.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience in telesales or customer service roles (especially in FMCG, tools, industrial goods, etc.).
- Knowledge of Indore and surrounding region's customer base is a plus.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
