We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated **freshers** to join our team as **Telecallers** at **Visko Group, Indore**. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients/customers over the phone to generate leads, provide product/service information, and close sales or book appointments.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Explain products/services offered by the company.
- Follow up with leads and maintain detailed call logs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by the team lead or manager.
- Maintain data confidentiality and update CRM software regularly.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Good verbal communication skills in **Hindi and/or English**.
- Confident, polite, and positive telephone manner.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Quick learner and team player.
- Punctual and responsible.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation preferred.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Freshers are welcome.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
