Front Office Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:Front Office Duties**:
- Greet and welcome patients with a warm, professional attitude.
- Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update patient records in the clinic software.
- Ensure the waiting area and reception are clean and well-organized.
- Coordinate with dentists and support staff to ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle billing, payments, and provide invoices or receipts to patients.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of patient information.
**Sales & Patient Conversion Duties**:
- Educate patients on dental services, procedures, packages, and promotions.
- Follow up with patients who have inquiries or pending treatment plans.
- Help convert walk-in inquiries or consultation patients into treatments.
- Maintain sales records and generate periodic reports.
- Assist in promoting services through social media or clinic marketing campaigns.
- Suggest service enhancements based on patient feedback and sales performance.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred, not mandatory)
- Proven experience in customer service and/or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and [local language]
- Proficient in MS Office and clinic management software
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of dental procedures (basic understanding; training can be provided)
**Preferred Experience**:
- 1-3 years in a dental/healthcare front office or sales role
- CRM or dental clinic software knowledge (e.g., Practo, Dentrix)
**Work Hours**:
[Working Days and Time - e.g., Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM]
Pay: ₹16,470.69 - ₹30,473.62 per month
