**Job Description: Spoken English and Soft Skills Trainer**

**Position**: Spoken English and Soft Skills Trainer
**Location**: College Campus - Jigani
**Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month
**Experience**: 1-2 years

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct engaging sessions on Spoken English and Soft Skills for college students.
- Develop and deliver training programs focused on communication, interpersonal skills, and confidence-building.
- Evaluate and monitor student progress through assessments, feedback, and one-on-one sessions.
- Prepare customized lesson plans and materials tailored to varying skill levels of students.
- Provide mentoring and guidance to students to improve their employability and career readiness.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, or related fields (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Proven experience (1-2 years) as a Spoken English or Soft Skills Trainer.
- Strong command of English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire students with innovative teaching methods.
- Proficient in designing and conducting interactive activities and role-plays.
- Good understanding of workplace etiquette and professional behavior to guide students effectively.
