Job Description

Are you a skilled Spoken English tutor looking for a flexible, work-from-home opportunity? UrbanPro is seeking dedicated and experienced tutors to join our platform and teach students of all ages and levels. As a Spoken English tutor on UrbanPro, you will have the freedom to set your schedule, choose your teaching style, and work with students from across the country.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Online Classes: Teach Spoken English to students through one-on-one or group online sessions.
  • Curriculum Design: Develop customized lesson plans and materials to suit the needs and levels of individual students.
  • Assessment: Evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their language skills.
  • Engagement: Foster a positive and interactive learning environment, encouraging students to participate actively.
  • Flexibility: Set your own schedule and manage your classes, ensuring timely and effective communication with students.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field. TEFL/TESOL certification is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in teaching Spoken English.
  • Skills: Strong command of the English language, excellent communication skills, and the ability to teach effectively online.
  • Technical Requirements: A reliable internet connection, a laptop/PC, and a good quality headset and webcam.
