**Job Overview**:
**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Co-work leading role in the Reproduction Department
- Coordinate the Reproduction Department tasks and organize Reproduction Department work
- Operational contact for the respective suppliers and service providers
- Reproduce documents and drawings with digital copy systems, printers, and scanners
- Compile books and documents from print or copy jobs
- Operate all Reproduction Department machinery and equipment (i.e., binding, cutting, punching, and folding equipment)
- Check and safeguard the usage of company standards
- Order reproduction supplies
- Maintain, clean, and repair (1st line) reproduction machinery and equipment
- 1st line servicing of workgroup multi-functional devices in the building
- Supply of paper for the multi-function devices in the building
- Any other manual and administrative tasks

**Essential Qualifications and Education**:

- Secondary professional education preferred
- Seven years of relevant working experience
- Fluent English speech; Average in reading
- Relevant knowledge of software and machinery
