**About Us**:
Dollar ERP is a leading software development company specializing in ERP solutions, with a growing presence in India, South Asia, and the Middle East. We are expanding and seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Director in day-to-day activities and ensure smooth operations within the company.

**Role Overview**:
As the Personal Assistant to the Director, you will play a crucial role in managing the Director's daily tasks and helping coordinate the team. You will be responsible for task allocation on behalf of the Director and ensure regular reporting from staff. You are required to assist in preparing quotations, client proposals, and handling other official tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Director in managing daily tasks, schedules, and appointments.
- Allocate tasks to staff on behalf of the Director and ensure timely completion.
- Collect, organize, and report progress updates from staff members to the Director.
- Serve as a point of communication between the Director and the team.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Assist with other administrative and operational tasks as needed.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
