As we continue to expand our digital footprint, we are looking for a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manage social media platforms**: Handle the day-to-day management of social media profiles (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter), creating engaging posts, monitoring engagement, and building a positive online presence.
- **SEO & SEM**: Drive website traffic and rankings by optimizing content for SEO, performing keyword research, and managing paid search campaigns (Google Ads, etc.).
- **Analyze performance & reporting**: Use Google Analytics, social media insights, and other tools to track the performance of campaigns, monitor KPIs, and provide actionable insights to improve marketing efforts.
- **Collaborate with cross-functional teams**: Work closely with the design, content, and sales teams to ensure the alignment of digital marketing efforts with business goals.
- **Stay updated on trends and best practices**: Monitor emerging trends in digital marketing, tools, and technologies to keep the company’s digital strategies current and competitive.
- **Branding & reputation management**: Ensure that all digital campaigns reflect Gems Essence Infotech's brand voice and values, and manage the company’s online reputation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website management tools.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to analyze and interpret digital marketing data to drive actionable insights.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to think outside the box.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
