Gennext Strategy Advisors is currently hiring Customer Service Executives & Telecallers for one of the most reputed company.

**Location -** Powai

**Position Name -** Customer Service Executives & Telecallers

**Experience -** 1-3 Years (Female Only)

**Qualification -** Hsc, any graduate
- **Job description**:_
- a.) Making Outbound calls to customers from Database provided._
- b.) Clarifications & queries on Products and Services to be provided to customers, in consultation with Reporting Manager_
- c.) Responding to customers with proposals and follow-ups within the defined TATs._
- d.) Fix up meetings of Sales executives with the Customer_
- e.) Accurate data capture of the customer, with status of the call_
- f.) Accurate and complete data capture of the customer issues / complaints in the relative formats._
- g.) Attempting to delight the customer by striking a relationship and fulfilling needs._
- h.) Deliver service quality in order to achieve Quality benchmarks defined from time to time._
- i.) Maintenance of records / record keeping._
- j.) Keep self updated on the product/ process knowledge as per the training imparted by the Training / Supervisors/ Quality._
- **Experience Required**:_
- Approx 1 year of experience in telecalling from BFSI, Good Team spirit, Inter personal skill, Good communication skill, Proactive & focused approach._
- **Salary Range**:_- 2,00,000 to 3,00,000_
