**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintaining organized filing systems and databases.
- Preparing and editing documents, presentations, and reports
- Conversing and assisting his subordinates with tasks related to him
- Work on creating reports and sharing with him
- Entering data into the ERP

**About you**:

- Strong communication skills
- Know how to operate a computer system effectively
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
