Apeejay School Mahavir Marg is looking for a DTP/ Computer Operator to manage the following responsibilities:

- 1. Data entry of students on E-Punjab portal maintained by District Education Office.
2. Data entry of students on CBSE Class IX & XI registrations and updation of data of Class X & XII.
3. Question paper formatting for all classes from 1 to 12 (UT-1,2,3, P.A.1, 2, Term-I, II)
4. Entry of students data for Identity cards on the website and updating the data.
5. New admission forms entry in Master Excel file and scanning the Admission forms for record purpose.

6. Helping data updation on OASIS and SARAS website of CBSE from time to time.

7. Printing report cards of all classes for term 1 and 2

8. Assisting teachers to prepare result excel files, worksheets, assignments and practice question of their respective classes

9. Assisting students of Classes I to V in computer lab for practical.

10. Trouble shooting of small problems in computer lab.

11. Typing Notices and circulars to be put on Notice boards.

12. Performing duty at reception whenever the receptionist is on leave.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
