**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Daily MIS Maintenance & Cloud Sheet Management**
- Maintain and update cloud-based MIS in real-time.
- Ensure accurate data entry related to client and partner transactions.

2. **Complaint, Cancellation, and NACH Records Tracking**
- Record and analyze client complaints, policy cancellations, and NACH rejections.
- Highlight trends and report discrepancies to management promptly.

3. **Monthly Insurer-Wise Payout Reconciliations**
- Coordinate with insurance partners to reconcile monthly payout reports.
- Ensure error-free financial tracking and address variances proactively.

4. **Historical MIS Tracking (Old Sales) & Renewal Business Monitoring**
- Maintain records of historical sales data for follow-ups and audits.
- Track renewal pipelines and assist teams in ensuring continuity of business.

**Deliverables & Expectations**:

- All MIS sheets must be updated in real-time and accessible to management.
- Accuracy and confidentiality of client and partner data must be upheld at all times.
- Share monthly summary reports with management by the **5th of every month**.
- Identify and escalate data deviations, complaint spikes, or cancellation anomalies immediately.

**Preferred Experience**:

- 1-3 years in MIS/Data Management roles.
- Prior experience in **insurance operations**, BFSI sector, or payout reconciliation is highly preferred.

**Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and cloud-based MIS tools.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of insurance terms, NACH processes, and payout structures.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict reporting deadlines.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
- Additional certifications in MIS or data analytics are a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
