Roles of MIS Executive
- Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).
- Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner.
- Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
- Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
- Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis.
- Develop MIS system for customer management and internal communication.
- Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team.
- Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring customer issues.
- Time to time auditing of all data
- Managing archived data.
- Keeping record of all changes to system.
- Upgrading & Assess future system requirements.
- Daily performance check up of all sheets, fms and systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update MIS systems, dashboards, and databases related to inventory, sales, and supply chain.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operations reports.
- Analyze data trends to provide actionable insights to management.
- Coordinate with the sales, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure data accuracy across departments.
- Generate custom reports for internal teams and external partners as required.
- Monitor stock levels, pricing changes, and customer order data in real-time.
- Support automation of reporting processes and data consolidation tasks.
- Ensure data integrity and troubleshoot data discrepancies.
- Assist in ERP and CRM integration efforts and maintain master data.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive business information.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an MIS or data-focused role, preferably in a wholesale, jewelry, or export business.
- Proficient in Google Sheet (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros), and data visualization tools (Power BI,DataStudio - preferred).
- Knowledge of Google Data Studio & Google Sites.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Experience in the diamond or jewelry industry.
- Familiarity with B2B sales operations and wholesale pricing structures.
- Understanding of supply chain and logistics data workflows.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
