**Role Objective **Prepare and serve specialty coffee or other beverages in a luxury café setting
- Welcomes customers by determining their coffee interests and needs.
- Prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques
- Educates customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu; answering questions.

**Essential Job**
- Sells coffee by explaining differences in coffee beans and coffee preparation machines.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
- Enhances coffee shop reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure with high customer traffic

- At least 1+ year in the coffee service industry.

**Barista Skill ** Experienced and comfortable in working busy shifts
- Friendly, outgoing and dedicated to outstanding customer service
- Tidy and self-disciplined

**Qualification **Graduate in any stream

**Years of ** **Experience **:2 - 5 years

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
