We are seeking a passionate and creative Digital Media & Social Media Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital strategies to increase our online visibility, engage our audience, and drive support for our mission.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**:

- Develop and implement engaging social media content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Run targeted social media advertising campaigns to reach specific audiences.
- **Content Creation**:

- Create high-quality written content (blog posts, articles, website copy, etc.) that aligns with the NGO's brand and messaging.
- Develop and produce engaging video content (short-form and long-form) for social media and other platforms.
- Collaborate with other team members to create compelling visual content (graphics, images, infographics).
- **Website Management**:

- Assist in maintaining and updating the NGO's website.
- Ensure website content is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility in search engine results.
- **Digital Fundraising**:

- Explore and implement digital fundraising strategies, such as crowdfunding campaigns and online donation platforms.
- Assist in the development of online fundraising appeals and materials.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,635.35 - ₹12,000.00 per month
