**Timings**: 09:00 AM -6:30 PM (Monday - Friday)

**Qualification**: B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech in ECE,CSE with **Minimum 5+yrs of relevant work experience.**

**Preferred Skills**:

- Strong programming knowledge in C, C++, and Python.
- Proficiency in embedded systems coding, with hands-on experience in programming microcontrollers using their native IDEs.
- Proven experience in delivering training on C, C++, Python, and Embedded Systems.
- Ability to break down complex technical concepts into understandable and engaging training sessions.
- Excellent documentation skills, capable of producing comprehensive training

materials, technical documents, and reports.
- Strong oral presentation skills for delivering clear and effective training sessions.
- Knowledge of programming various microcontrollers, familiar with their development environments, and able to guide trainees in this area.

**Nature of Work**:

- Coordinate project-oriented internal training programs for new recruits, ensuring they are adequately prepared for their roles.
- Organize and manage knowledge transfer (KT) sessions for employees at project closure, facilitating smooth transitions and knowledge continuity.
- Develop, organize, and maintain training content and a database of training resources, ensuring that all materials are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Organizing and conducting technical events, seminars, and workshops, showcasing the company’s expertise and engaging with the broader technical community.

Minimum Service Agreement (bond): 12Months(2 months training + 12 months Service)

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
