We are seeking an experienced **Aptitude Trainer** to help students and professionals develop strong problem-solving, logical reasoning, and quantitative aptitude skills. The trainer will conduct engaging sessions, provide personalized guidance, and prepare learners for campus placements, and job assessments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training & Coaching**: Conduct interactive training sessions on **quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, and data interpretation**.
- **Curriculum Development**: Design and update study materials, practice questions, and mock tests.
- **Exam & Placement Preparation**: Train students for **campus placements, and corporate assessments**.
- **Doubt Clearing Sessions**: Address students' queries and provide easy-to-understand explanations for complex problems.
- **Performance Analysis**: Track students' progress and suggest personalized improvement plans.
- **Mock Tests & Assessments**: Develop and administer mock exams to simulate real test conditions.
- **Soft Skills Integration**: Optionally assist in enhancing communication skills, interview preparation, and group discussions.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of **quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability** topics.
- Prior experience as an **Aptitude Trainer, Competitive Exam Coach, or Placement Trainer** is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong **communication and presentation skills** to deliver engaging training sessions.
- Familiarity with online test platforms and aptitude exam patterns.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Certification or experience in **competitive exams coaching (CAT, GMAT, GRE, SSC, etc.)** is an added advantage.
- Experience with **campus recruitment training** is a plus.
