**Role Overview**:
The Telesales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers by phone, introducing them to our products or services, and driving sales by providing relevant information and addressing questions. This role requires a results-oriented individual who is comfortable working with sales targets and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote our products/services.
- Lead Qualification: Identify customer needs, qualify leads, and suggest suitable products or services.
- Build Rapport: Engage customers in friendly and professional conversations to build trust and establish a positive customer experience.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
- Maintain CRM Records: Accurately record customer interactions, sales leads, and status updates in the CRM system.
- Follow-Up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls with potential customers to nurture leads and close sales.
- Handle Objections: Address customer objections and provide detailed product information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
