Job Summary:
The Primary School Teacher is responsible for delivering high-quality education in accordance with the CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) curriculum to students in primary grades. This role involves planning and implementing lessons, assessing student progress, and creating a positive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Curriculum Planning and Delivery**:

- Develop lesson plans based on the CBSE curriculum guidelines, ensuring alignment with educational standards and learning objectives.
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of primary students.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress and understanding of concepts.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively and implement appropriate disciplinary measures when necessary.
- **Differentiated Instruction**:

- Differentiate instruction to accommodate students with varying abilities and learning styles.
- Provide additional support or extension activities as needed to ensure all students reach their full potential.
- **Parental Communication**:

- Maintain open and regular communication with parents regarding student progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with parents to address any concerns or challenges affecting student performance.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on CBSE curriculum changes, teaching methodologies, and best practices in primary education.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
- **Co-curricular Activities**:

- Plan and organize co-curricular activities, such as field trips, competitions, and cultural events, to enrich the educational experience of students.
- **Collaboration and Teamwork**:

- Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to enhance the overall effectiveness of the primary school program.
- Participate in team meetings, workshops, and professional learning communities to share ideas and resources.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Experience teaching primary grades in a CBSE-affiliated school preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and assessment practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with children.

**Salary**: ₹120,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per year
